CenterScape Log Files
CenterScape log files contain details about how the code is being executed, license utilization, and why certain tasks might be performing in unexpected ways or not at all. Log files are accessed from the API system menu.
From your browser, navigate to http://<IP Address of CenterScape>:6580/api/system/
NOTE: You may be required to provide appropriate credentials to access CenterScape logs.
Download Log Files
To download log files, click on Files or navigate to
http://<IP Address of CenterScape>:6580/api/system/files
The system log files are presented:
Select the desired log file or Download All.
NOTE: Log files are organized by date in the form of year_month_day.stderrout.log
Change Logging Level
To change the logging level for various modules within CenterScape, click on Log Configuration from the system menu or go to the following URL:
http://<IP Address of CenterScape>:6580/api/system/log
From the pull-down menu, select from Parent (INFO), OFF, ERROR, WARN, DEBUG, TRACE, or ALL. Levels can be changed for one or more modules. When finished, click the Submit button above the module list.
NOTE: All log settings are reset to INFO whenever the CenterScape server is restarted.
View License Information
To view License information, download and open a log.
Statistics can be viewed at:
http://<IP Address of CenterScape>:6580/api/system/stats>
Go to http://<IP Address of CenterScape>:6580/api/system and click Upgrade Information to view version upgrade information.
