The status of my Zone Manager shows "Access Denied"
This usually indicates that there is conflicting data in these two places:
- The Zone Manager credentials stored in this file: {CenterScape Install Path}\zonemgr.datadir\admin.user
- The Zone Manager credentials stored in the connected database.
This can occur if CenterScape has been installed more than once.
Here are the steps to resolve the problem:
1. Stop the RF Code CenterScape service, in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
2. Delete this entire directory: {CenterScape Install Path}\zonemgr.datadir
3. Restart the RF Code CenterScape service.
This will cause the system to generate a new credential file in the \zonemgr.datadir directory.
